I have a weird and nasty sensation after eating a lot of fish n chips, especially if I had forgotten to squeeze some wedges of lemon on the fish at the beginning. What's that?

I'm not sure how further could I explain this. But, the weird sensation usually consists of a slight dizziness/nausea and a strong urge to vomit. And I don't think it happens only after eating fish n chips like I mentioned above, but also after consuming a lot of oily fried foods.
Can any brits enlighten me on this?

I get a weird sharp pain in some glands or something down in the corners of my mouth, at the bottom of my jaw, after eating too much fatty and sweet food, sometimes from fish n chips. Whenever I try to explain it to people I get a blank look, I've never met a fellow sufferer. I used to get it when I was a kid if I ate chocolate directly after crisps without having a drink. It's quite unpleasant. I guess it's fat jamming up the saliva glands or something. Not sure how this helps you but we should probably eat more healthily.

I also get this but it has always seemed to come on randomly and not noticeable after eating anything in particular. Any idea what it's called?

Greasy food does that. Your body needs to make more bile. Your gallbladder needs to work harder, your liver needs to work harder. There’s probably a lot of salt in it too.
