CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600 GPU: Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT PSU: Apevia ATX-ES600-WH Essence 600W RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPC 16GB DDR4 SSD: Crucial P3 1TB PCIE Gen3 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD MOBO: ASRock B550M Pro4

The issue:

Pc turns on fine, however fails to boot bios. Red LED for BOOT and VGA stay on and no image is displayed using the GPU’s HDMI port.

What I have done:

I reseated the GPU multiple times, checked PCIE connections to PSU, reseated CPU, attempted to run HMDI off MOBO (no onboard graphics), plugged into a keyboard mashing F1, took the battery out of the MOBO for a bit (can’t remember what this is called) and reset that. Also took out both sticks of ram from A2 B2 and just have one in A1 slot. Nothing really changes the issue. Thank you in advance for your assistance, I will do my best to reply to everyone as soon as I can.

Update: swapped PSU for a 750W EVGA GT. Same lights, no post.

Update 2: MOBO swap and GPU swap. Same issue. Feeling defeated

SOLVED: Apparently, you must plug in the hdmi BEFORE powering on the PC.🙃 what a fantastic feature
