I'd had some work done on my teeth in my 20s, and as I was about to leave, the dentist said "oh, and don't eat any toffee". I was like "sure - for how long?" And he said "no... don't eat any toffee. Ever."

He's not wrong. I pulled a gold filling out eating one of those chocolate eclair toffees when I was a teen. (That tooth has been crowned for decades, now).

The Toffee Shop in Cumbria do amazing stuff. I prefer their fudge because I want to keep my teeth, but it’s all delicious. You can buy it online from their website and from Amazon.
