Phone / SMS option: only accept picture messages from those in your contacts list, or selected contacts / favorite contacts

Next to said option, another check box should be shown that says "automatically reply with 'receiver only accepts photos from select numbers'" but if it's unchecked, the sender will be none the wiser. This should also be on site DMs that allow pics to be sent.
