Ecoparcel Service

After some years in Hungary, I’m moving to Spain within some weeks and I’m trying to find a good moving service to deliver some boxes to my new location. I came through Ecoparcel while doing some research and it came to my attention the fact that their prices are very low compared to other moving services.
I was wondering if any of you have any experience with that company? Or if not, could recommend a good one?

Do not waste money on this company - the lrices are tempting and low but the service is poor, packages are handled carelessly and they easily claim you've put something probiden so they can say the insurance doesn't cover your package when it is mashed, broken and whatever...

They are a scam company. They stole our money. They should be put out of business. I will be reporting them.

I had the same experience. Paid for the order, never got it collected. They say shipper was absent. Did you get your issue resolved?

I used, well, I paid for the Ecoparcel service, never got my package shipped. After going through the online request and paying, everything was alright for like 1 hour, then they cancelled the shipment without explanations. One week later after several attempts at their chat and "customer support", they claimed I gave them a bad address. I never got my money back or my package sent.
They are close to a scam, even the Trustpilot reviews that they advertise in their webpage are fake, as they were kicked out the platform for violation of Trustpilot's Guidelines and there is only an "unofficial" page.
But I like risk and so I still tried other low-cost shipping companies, that time it was Parcelabc which saved me, but I have also used Packlink other times. Even when there were problems with these other companies the issues were fixed earlier or later, they don't have the greatest customer service but they are not scams.

Companies like these don’t operate their own delivery services, they just partner up with bigger firms like GLS and DPD and get volume discounts, passing some of the savings down to the customer.
I don’t have any experience with this particular site but this is a legit business model. You can also check out AllPacka, a Hungarian site that does the same thing.
