I hope her opinions are always changing. That's called learning. It's a little disturbing if someone changes their mind over big subjects in a small amount of time.

Snowden is a complicated subject. Is he a traitor or a patriot? IDK. I'm pretty sure he acted for what he thought was the good of the country. A lot of the spying on Americans started after 9/11 and could be excessive. Where should we draw the line? IDK. I like my privacy. But, I don't want to be on a hijacked plane.

Then there's this recent push for identifying users on the internet. That's so sudden and aggressive. I probably dislike the timing and messengers. Seeing crazy Hillary who goes on Trump=Hitler rants pushing to pierce the envelope of anonymity on social networks just sets me against it. But maybe the crazy witch has a point. She never explains anything more than that "deplorables" by which she means people who voted against her should identified on Twitter. That doesn't sound appealing.

She's a Colonel in the US army. She gets vetted before and debriefed after any meetng with foreign officials.

This is a matter of interpretation. Tulsi did suggested that Snowden, a private citizen, be pardoned (which he probably will) if he can give up any and all info he has and that snowy be barred from government contracts. She protects his rights not his ability to make money off government and citizen private lives.

Tulsi doesn’t seem to have a good opinion of Snowden. Her comment of having him trying to have his cake and eat it seemed to bother her greatly. Both she and Trump hint that America is better off having Snowden free but of earning his freedom by sharing his knowledge of the parties that gave him safe harbor.
