Hello I am moving to Dallas in 2 weeks and I’m struggling to find a place… could I get input in this specific area between carpenter park and exall park? Videos seems fine ,but I’d appreciate any input!

Bryan Place? It’s a fine area. Not too destinct, as 90% of the people that live there are transplants such as yourself that moved here for work, but it’s fairly close to Deep Ellum, Uptown, and Lowest Greenville. There’s also a lot of douchie “super bars” nearby that aren’t quite in Deep Ellum, if you’re into fuckboys and bottle service.

What is your rationale for that specific area? It’s a good enough area - fairly walkable though not as much as uptown/downtown proper, but you have a some corner store or gas station convening stores type options and food options especially on Ross.
There are some decent newer apartment complexes on Ross itself not far from there, and along live oak some older and less expensive options - it’s an area in transition that’s pretty safe from what I understand but because it’s not as lively as the more walkable areas may not feel as comfortable walking late at night and all.

Great location in terms of convenience and proximity to multiple appealing neighborhoods for restaurants and nightlife (downtown, uptown, Deep Ellum, Lower Greenville). I cannot speak to safety or any complex-specific concerns.
