Traveling to the airport with a 1.5 years old toddler

We are traveling with our 1.5 years old toddler. Do taxi services or Uber offer car seats for toddlers? Any help would be appreciated.

Are you traveling with the toddler as a lap infant or with their own seat? If the latter you'd want a car seat anyway to put on the plane seat.

We get a Lyft to the airport and just buckle the car seat into the Lyft. Checking a car seat is free for any airline, especially if you’re going to need it where you’re traveling. Same with stroller. We always check the car seat with our luggage, and keep kiddo in the stroller up until you step on the jet and can check it at the airplane door. Then when you arrive, they unload the stroller as you’re walking off the plane. Bonus tip, place car seat on top of 360 suitcase, buckle straps around the handle, tighten straps as much as possible, and then push car seat on top of suitcase to your transportation.

If you have the option to drive and park, that’s what I’d do. I’ve had some shit Uber drivers and I wouldn’t trust them driving my precious cargo around (I barely feel safe having them drive me around). I don’t think Uber offers that here.

Generally, no.
