I got into a car accident a few hours ago and I’m really sad and scared right now

I was on my way to class and driving on the freeway. I tried changing lanes, and I hit the car in front of me. And that car hit the other lady’s car in front of them. I don’t know I’m just so sad and scared right now.

I know it's kinda late to reply but I was in an accident many hours ago. It was my fault. And I'm just really sad and I feel guilty and angry at myself. Forehead hurts a bit. But everyone got out safely I'm just really torn about it. 😢 It's my fault. 3 cars involved and I've never been in a car accident before.
