So i saw about a year ago a post, "which luxury apartments in Dallas are ACTUALLY luxury?"

I'd like to revive this conversation with a slight change. Almost all the apartments listed were in Uptown/Downtown/McKinney Ave or Victory Park.

Let's move our scope slightly north. 635 and above - what luxury apartments are TRULY luxury? There's a ton of midrises popping up in Addison. West Plano is still fairly old. Richardson and East Plano have been tearing down and rebuilding a ton. What are our thoughts??
