Cable managing mATX mobo in mid tower case.

I am planning to build a PC in the antec c5, which is actually short so a matx motherboard wont look as bad as in most cases, but there will be wires from underneath, is there way to hide them?
I was thinking of making my gpu vertical so it can take up more space hiding cables, ideally, I would go for an matx case but there's literally no good looking fishtank white matx cases where I'm from, and if I'll be ordering from amazon it will be around 170$ for a no-name brand so it's not worth it, what are my options?

the c5 has dedicated holes for matx for clean cable runs. it'll look good.

Do happen to have a picture of the finish build I might do the same and I want to know what it would look like.

I didn't get the c5 but got some knockoff on Amazon that was listed as micro ATX but honestly it still looks good just that I can see some cable routing holes under and on the side because no rubber grommets https://imgur.com/a/3ALYdGd you could get a white adhesive sheet and cut it and stick from the inside and get "some" cable routing or if you have a local option to get custom size grommets
