Does anyone know if UPS can help pay for flight training?

I am currently a seasonal worker and want to try for a full time position early next year if possible. I am also planning on attending a flight school in Louisville as well to get the rest of my ratings done and I was wondering if UPS would help with some of the cost. I know they have tuition reimbursement but I wasn't sure if a flight school would count as part of it. If anyone knows I would greatly appreciate the help.
