I don’t remember ever seeing a kfc before the year 2000, we only had a McDonald’s and a Burger King a half hour drive away from where I lived….
But the prices in 2000 surprisingly weren’t far off from this. I remember $10 buckets, and $3 3 piece meals.
Crazy how much the prices went up over the last 20yrs, especially compared to the 30-40yrs before that.
All because of technology and all the new expenses we have created ourselves.

Many years ago, someone pointed out this illustration of the colonel looks like a stick figure man with a gigantic head. I imagine the colonel running around with his head tilting side to side from it's massive weight.
