5700x3d Upgrade Trouble

I just received a new 5700x3d and am having some issues.
Previous build had the following
Ryzen 3700x Asus Strix B450i w/ latest bios Corsair LPX 16gb
Tonight I put in the new 5700x3d, and a new 32gb Corsair LPX kit.
The issue I’m having is now the pc will not boot. Cannot get into bios, and no QLED lights are showing on the motherboard. I have tried swapping back to the 3700x, and it no longer will post either and no QLED lights. Swapped back in the old ram too and still nothing. Did the motherboard brick itself somehow in this swap? Everything was working great before. Any help would be appreciated.

Clear CMOS and try again with different configurations. And have some patience too, sometimes new combos take a 2 minutes to boot up.

CMOS has been cleared. Tried it a few times. Reseated each motherboard cable. Thought I had solved it by catching part of the 8pin cable not being plugged in…still no luck.
