Should I use anti seize on trim bolts?

My has these rims on her truck, and when I took the plastic chrome inserts off today to go get her new tires, I noticed that the bolts that hold them on are looking a little oxidized on the threading. Should I use a little anti seize on them to prevent issues down the road?

Yep, it's not a problem. I have done so on many new rims when I worked busting tires. They do corroded and because steel bolt in aluminum, galvanic corrosion too. Just use a non metallic type. Like the silicone compound for brake pads. Sil glyde or something. It's just a small dap and will work just fine, or wd40.
