Is my build ready to buy?

Hello! I decided to learn how to build a PC last week, and immersed myself as best I can in all of this.

Below is my PC I intend to buy next week, and I would like some help making sure I am not missing anything.

For example, my PSU has one less 4-pin ATX cable than the MOBO, which means it will not be fully powered. PCpartpicker said this would probably be fine, but I would appreciate a deeper understanding of that, as well as any other suggestions you may have for a novice.

Thank you!
