backend system architecture you have worked on? What are the distributed system features supported by it.

It deosn't look like they're asking you to implement anything, it looks like they're asking you a question about your experinece with backend systems, and what sort of features the systems you have worked on supported.
Though it also looks like the first sentence isn't fully there (did you copy and paste and miss the first half?), so I may be wrong on that.
