Blown shocks on rebuilt coilovers for a RSX

Hey all! I recently bought some Scale Coilovers for my 2004 Acura RSX-S (less known but really good coilovers) from a guy that told me they were rebuilt 3 years ago and never ran after. These were stored in his non heated garage and I live in Quebec Canada so they went thru 3 cold winters sitting. The 2 front shocks when pressed down doesnt come back up fully and clunks after a weeks usage. Theres no leaks they look brand new. I was wondering is it possible to refill them back with nitrogen?
