Tried my best at making a price to performance build for under $600. Not actually gonna build this, just made it for fun. Critique it, use it as a guide if you want, I threw in the links for the used parts on eBay, they all ship (not sure about outside of the US). I even threw in the cheapest decent mouse, keyboard, mousepad, and monitor I could find (monitor is a steal if you want high refresh rate on a budget but they're about to sell out so hurry if you want it). CPU, RAM, and GPU are used, monitor is refurbished. actual estimated wattage is 319W (pcpp doesn't include custom parts power use). I went with the cheapest 1TB SSD with DRAM cache but I guess you could use one without it for cheaper, the case is mATX but it has four 120mm ARGB fans for $54 so it's a steal imo, PSU has been on sale on newegg before for $42 and I missed out on another used 5600X on ebay for $79 but oh well
