Building out a new pc for 1440p gaming around 1.4k, with white aesthetic and hoping to future proof in the next 5-6 years
Does this build okay? I'm willing to choose a cheaper case if needed

That's entry level 1440p now, it won't last 5 years for new games. Here is a much better PC for the same price:

Thanks a lot, i heard that the rtx 4070 will be discontinued. Will this affect me in the long run

No, they are discontinuing it because the 5070 is probably being released in January. Nvidia typically updates drivers for around 10 years. When they do stop updating, it will be the entire generation of GPUs (4060ti and 4070) at the same time.
