Gaming Workstation Cooling Optimized

Planning on using this build for both photo and video editing work as well as gaming. I've seen that the newest AMD CPUs run hot, so I've been looking at how to reduce that as much as possible. I'll likely be adding more case fans depending on need.
Would love to hear if I'm being too cautious. Could I also potentially pick a smaller motherboard and run this in something like the Lian Li A3 so it's smaller, but also still be safe with temperatures? Or is it best to stick with this?
Purchasing in USA.
