Do Walmart employees get that big a discount or are you just making one, big purchase?

Mostly for reselling. I think it's 10% off

I could see making a viable business out of this, but you'd need to have a decent network of repeat clientele. Regular buyers of specific products, probably groceries and the like.
But, hey, if you think you have a good plan to get rich or even make a little extra cash on buying big screen TVs at 10% off and then flipping them for 5% off or whatever, more power to ya.

Yea I have a client for ps5s mostly and they're willing to pay retail so the discount would be the real churner

Does Walmart track employee purchases? I could see them flagging the employee who buys 20 PS5s

Pay in cash, if possible, and pass the receipt on to your client. If faulty, they can return it without having to involve you.
Bonus: save the boxes and original packaging, go out and find broken consoles that are in cosmetically good condition with whatever needed accessories included, and return them to Walmart for a full refund.
