Thoughts on this build so far? Any advice on CPU cooling?

I'd like to keep my budget around where it is, but struggling to figure out CPU cooling. Any ideas for CPU cooling around $150? Also, how does the build look generally? Any recommendations or red flags? I also noticed these notes and I'm honestly not sure if it's telling me that I am missing something.

Note: A USB 2.0 to USB 3.2 Gen 1 header adapter is required.
B Note: A USB 3.2 Gen 1 to USB 3.2 Gen 2 header adapter is required.
C Note: Fan compatibility checking is currently not supported.

I see the thermal right peerless assassin or phantom sprit recommended a lot which should be good for a 5700x. If I understand correctly the phantom spirit is more or less a newer version of the peerless. Either way they're both way below $150.
