Should I install this PSU?

So I have a toughpower GX2 700w I got for $ 50that has been sitting around as a backup PSU, but now I have a RTX 3080 on the way and was wondering if I should switch out my m12 2 bronze evo edition 650w for it.

Ik both are mid-range PSUs and I plan on upgrading it once I upgrade Mobo/processor again, I’ve just seen a mixed bag of Thermaltake reviews and wonder if it’s worth the hassle of installing. Im going to undervolt the 3080 either way ofc

You can't really tell how good a PSU is from its brand, as practically every brand has PSU lines that you should avoid. From the best at-a-glance resource (the Cultists PSU Tier list), the TT GX2 is a Tier C "Low-end" line, meaning alright but not great, and the same as your M12 II. It's probably fine.
