Questions about upgrading

I have a pc that I've had for about 4 years. My brother is sending me I believe a GEFORCE RTX 2060. With that being said I wanted to know what cpu I can upgrade to that would work well with my new gpu. Also what new fans can I upgrade to. This is the link to my pc. All the specs should be there.

5700 X3D is the best processor you can reasonably upgrade to. But honestly the 3600 is pretty balanced when placed alongside a 2060.

If you don't mind can u post the entire name of both cpu's please. I'm not familiar with them. And what about upgrading the fans in my rig?
