Is this a**hole move

So traffic is backed up on the interstate due to bad roads and accidents. I’ve seen 6 drivers roll through the closed scale to bypass traffic
FilthyNasty626@reddit
They do that all the time on cojone. Four wheelers and 18's will go flying through the brake check area at 70+. Absolutely fucking rediculous. People are assholes. Glad I retired. I stay at home and instacart everything and everyone else can go fuck themselves.

All fun and games till suddenly the Closed sign turns to Open and the DOT starts doing inspections on those that came in when closed
dewky@reddit
If traffic ever backs up in front of my scale I think I might do that. Park at the end and pull over everyone for a level 1 that's heading back on.
Beautiful-Slice166@reddit
Maybe they would learn if people stopped letting them back on.....
Cfwydirk@reddit
Like when 4 wheelers take an exit ramp, then go down the entrance ramp to move up several places?
UOLZEPHYR@reddit
Not just 4 wheelers - seen a good number of Werner/Warner, Swift, various Amazon pulled powers, JBs and other carriers do this as well just to skirt 20 cars and just sit in traffic again
Charlie_Hustler@reddit
Hate when they do that. Makes traffic worse and only really saves them 1 - 5 seconds
duhrun@reddit
Four wheeler truckers.

Ya, fuck those guys!
dieseldod@reddit
Would this happen to be Baldwin WI?
FossMan21@reddit (OP)
Close but no cigar.
dieseldod@reddit
Just went through there the same time as your post and the same shit was happening.
FossMan21@reddit (OP)
You probably saw me. Can’t believe someone knew where it was. This was the super coop between Hudson and Roberts so very close to Baldwin which is where I live.
dieseldod@reddit
Yup, pickup into the barrier wall in the construction
FossMan21@reddit (OP)
Yea. When I went by there were two trucks and looked like a third was gone already.
buckytuba1@reddit
The company I work for requires you to empty your truck and drop it off at the yard in El Paso when you go on vacation. I live in the Dallas area which is over 600 mi away and they have yards in Dallas. Anyway when I take a vacation I have to drop off the truck, take all my stuff and get a ride back to Dallas. Which takes an extra 2 days. Is this normal?
oasuke@reddit
Yes it's asshole behavior which just causes more traffic. No different from people who get in the lane that's about to close to jump ahead a few miles
halfcow@reddit
So, they're gaining maybe 200 yards? 300 yards?
FossMan21@reddit (OP)
1/4 mile
halfcow@reddit
So, 1/4 mile is 440 yards. It's not even worth the effort, IMO.
Ornery_Ads@reddit
It's a classic prisoners dilemma. Being as asshole benefits you, but harms society overall. No matter what others choose to do, you being an asshole helps you, so assholes will continue to asshole.
Randorini@reddit
Hate us cause you ain't us
FossMan21@reddit (OP)
Ain’t what stupid? I’m in my car driving down the road. Even in my semi I wouldn’t do that.
12InchPickle@reddit
Yes. Stay your ass in line like the rest of us. Especially since now you’ll have drivers trying to merge back in up ahead causing more traffic.
