Final upgrade for PC. Viable option or not

This 4-5 yr old pc is finally getting an upgrade and i am planning to buy everything in 1 go. Im still running AM4 and im planning on changing amd 3600 to 5700x3d. 1660 super to 4070 super. cool master 550watt to 750 watt. Then swap my stock wraith cooler to maybe a different one. I am planning on keeping the b450 mortar max, my ram sticks and my 3 seperate ssds. Is this a good idea because games these days are demanding more and more from my gpu.

You don't need a new PSU. Your 550W will still have 35-40% headroom (and has 2x8pin connectors).
