Looking to get a new case

Dealing with some problems with my current build and I'm getting tired of lugging around this tempered glass monstrosity, I'm not even sure who makes it since I got it off OfferUp back when that was a thing. I'm looking for a full to mid ATX that's around 100 or so with good general airflow, has a mount for my 3 fan radiator, power button/usbs on the upper half, and I'd prefer to have the PSU on the top or side, as my PC rests on carpet and I'd like it to get enough ventilation. I don't mind having a glass side or a basic metal panel, my current case has 4 glass panels which is part of the problem with the weight so I'm leaning towards as little glass as possible. If possible I'd like to stick with established brands but if there's a decent option with an Amazon brand that's well tested, I don't mind it.
Honestly I'm surprised no one's made a flowchart or web form for this kind of thing yet. (at least that I've found) and thanks to anyone who gives good feedback.

Someone did. It doesn't have filters for all those criteria, but it will help you narrow the options down greatly: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/case/
I personally recommend against putting a PC on the floor, and especially not on carpet. Not only is there more dust as you go lower, but carpet is full of static electricity and SE is the bane of electronics. If nothing else, get a riser to put it on.
