No kidding? Dang, you hardly ever see those old cab overs on the road anymore. Aren’t you a little nervous about the crumple zone in a crash being your femur?
Never had issues out of the box trucks in our fleet that wasn't caused by other drivers. Almost all of those have been in at least 1 wreck and just get throw back on the road as soon as they get the parts to stop falling off. We just got 2 brand spanking new tractors in today that are international. Time will tell
I’m on my second one too, same shit happened to me, got stuck in the middle lane, eventually got it back on the road and made it another few weeks before transmission went out. Brand new one already slipping gears. Last international for me
Guess my International thought it was a good idea to die after I got my BOL, in front of a door. Have to wait 1 1/2 hours until someone advices me that my tractor is probably fucked, and another hour until a tow truck gets here.
This is why most of the drivers prefer older non computer trucks pure junk at its finest pet kw international mack Volvo freightliner all of them are shit
So glad I'm out of the shitty international I was in. Had a 2023 and it sounded like it was falling apart form day one and had oil leak issues that had me down for weeks at a time.
Idk why companies keep buying their trucks with so many issues. Facts they make that squeaky noise while your driving sound like something is going to fall apart
Yep 🤦♂️. It just spent a month and a half at the dealer for the same issue, and one week back on the road, here we go again. Thank God for the 600k mile warranty, but seriously, what the heck.
2nd Freightliner. Been towed twice, both on my 19. First was a part of the siphon the jackwad who stole diesel out of my tanks at the Newnan GA Pilot blocking my fuel intake. 2nd was a blown radiator at the top of Monteagle hauling 44k# of lettuce.
Internationals are trash though. I was rolling in under a day both times I had to get hooked.

This is the 2nd international I've had, and probably the 4th time I'll get towed
MPH9@reddit
I hate internationals, if you have a choice steer far away from them.
Outlandah_@reddit
He can’t, he is waiting for a tow!
MarzipanOk7961@reddit
That shit made me BOL
JimBobPaul@reddit
Have you tried turning it off, then back on? As in battery interrupt.
It works on rare occasions for me.
SuguoDerp@reddit (OP)
Tried that and tried waiting 30 minutes to see if it'll turn. It didn't work. Hopefully, it's just a bad battery issue, and speedco can save me.
JimBobPaul@reddit
Damn.

I’m with you. Oil just got into my coolant reservoir. Getting towed as we speak
Rat_King1972@reddit
Oil in your coolant normally means you just need a quick engine swap
JankyMark@reddit
Yeah probably so, it’s been running fine now but I don’t trust this truck at all.
richyforeign@reddit

I got a question what is up with international and the abs always lighting up on the dashboard, I hate that I drive one of these trash trucks
Emergency_Ad1152@reddit
They’re made cheaply at the cost of you going to repair them as soon as you drive off the lot.
JankyMark@reddit
lol facts I mad my company gave me this trash ass truck I did not want this truck at all. Had so many issues soon as they gave it to me smh
Canelosaurio@reddit
Just start walking, pal.
Icystunts420@reddit
This happens to my truck every time it rains and all I have to do is turn it off for 3 to 5 minutes and then I’m good to go all the lights disappear
