Bid.cars for US users?

So, I am located in California, and I recently decided to take the leap into vehicle flipping/stripping for parts and get myself some stuff. The biggest issue I am having is that California REQUIRES a broker and/or dealer license.
I came across bid.cars a while back and been using it since, but it is a Polish based website meant for importing, but I noticed you can purchase vehicles, which takes me to my question:
Can I use bid.cars to purchase vehicles in the US as a US consumer?

I always find Europeans selling cars on market place in US .then I look up the vin and from bid cars. How is that ? Do they ship to Europe then sell in the USA ? That would be to much importing fees I would think 🤔

Bid.cars is legit just a 3rd party site that plays cars for you if you're in Europe. We're not allowed to use it if we're in the US according the the websites instagram comments and them confirming it.

I Have The Same Question And Im In California As Well.. I Saw A Mustang In North Hollywood At A Dealership I Was Going To Buy.. I Just So Happen To Type The VIN In Google And It Was Supposedly Purchased On Bidcars For Half Of Their Selling Price Which Made Me Decide To Try To Purchase Cars On Online Auctions.. I Saw The Registration Process And Fees And It Looks Sketchy As Hell.. Its A Minimum Of $1000 Deposit To Bid And Its Not Even A US Based Website.. Then Come To Find Out Bidcars Website Uses The Auction Info From Copart And IAA Which Are Legit Auctions.. So I Dont Know Man.. I Dont Trust It..

lol, it took me commenting on their Instagram, waiting 2 months, and then someone replying "No, only EU based" and the author instantly liking it to figure it out. Smh. I sent them emails and dms, but apparently they want to steal our cars but not help us figure out their system. Safe to say: Bid.cars is not US side, only for EU customers.
