Need a little advice to cap off my build here - mostly looking for advice on a CPU air cooler and tower, though I'd take advice elsewhere if needed

Couple things in mind:

• After doing research it appears I could very easily get away with a lesser-end GPU but I'm settling on a 4080 super to prevent having to upgrade in the future
• I'm overpaying for the SSD this quality but I'm used to the Samsung Magician software and am ok with paying extra
• As far as help on deciding the the tower and cpu cooler go - biggest priority to me is quietness and don't really need crazy RGB

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
