Windows Hello - Pin gets lost every reboot

I have a strange issue on my domain joined workstation.
I have set up Windows Hello Facial Login, which requires a pin.
When I lock the workstation, the face login works. When I reboot, the facial recognition detects my face, then gives an error and I have to login with my password.
If I set a pin only, when I reboot, the PIN isn't offered to me, and when I get back to the sign-in options, it acts like one was never set up before and lets me go through the same process.
Anyone got a procedure or process for resetting Sign In options?
It's really driving me nuts.

reset your windows hello container and reconfigure the pin/face/etc

How do you reset the windows hello container?

You can run
certutil -deletehellocontainer
to reset Windows Hellonetworkn@reddit (OP)
Thank you very much. In the end, weirdly despite not being a fan, SFC Scannow seems to have fixed.
