I want to replace the graphics card but don't know what to choose. The current build is: i5 1140F 32gb RAM Rtx3060 12GB

I am changing the card actually only because of VR games. When I play "not-VR" games even the current 3060 can handle it. I don't want to exceed ~730USD, I was thinking about 4070 Super but there is 7900XT at similar price and I got dumbfounded. Should I add more to not be disappointed? + I know I'll have to replace the cpu to avoid the bottleneck but that will have to wait 😁.
