Hi everyone, I'm looking to build a new PC around the new year and this is meant to be my "dream" PC. I play a lot of games on a 4k monitor mostly single player but a few online such as rocket League and league of legends. Although gaming is a priority I'm also a full stack developer which isn't the most taxing on a PC but I'd like some headroom to somewhat future-proof myself and also give me the possibility to move into different fields within software development on my current system. I've never spent this much money on a build before so I'm just hoping to get some opinions and recommendations on what I've put together, I've built a few computers in my past but I'm not a PC building expert by any stretch. Any comments or recommendations on the build would be greatly appreciated

PS. the price is fixed for the cpu, motherboard, and ram as I plan to get a bundle from Canada computers and the two drives are 0$ since they're coming from an old build
