Ayuda eligiendo gráfica/ help Choosing graphics card

Hello, friends of the community, I built my first desktop PC with the following specs:
Ryzen 7 5800X
16 GB (2x8) at 3600 MHz
Thermalright Frozen Notte 240mm liquid cooling
ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WiFi 2
In a TUF Gaming GT301 case, and I have a question: which graphics card should I choose to play AAA titles on ultra settings or at least high settings at 1080p and 60 fps? My monitor doesn’t support higher resolutions, and I’m not interested in Ray-Tracing either.
I’ve been doing some research, and I found that the Radeon RX 6650 XT could be a good option if available at a good price. I saw one on Amazon for $200. In my country, I was also offered a used 2070 Ti Founders Edition with 8 GB for around $252.
What graphics card would you recommend for my PC? I’m open to suggestions.

An RX 6650XT should serve you well for those settings, generally AMD cards will offer better bang for your buck at that price range, I would also advice looking into a used 6700/6750XT, but just the 6650XT will be good enough.

At that price point, maybe a 3060 or a used 4060, not worth it compared to AMD, unless you need the CUDA cores.
