Black Screen Crashes, Total Shut Down Crash

I've had those for the last couple weeks and i can recreate it by launching a game (not heavy) with couple sensor tools CPU-Z GPU-Z or HWinfo but that's where it gets interesting !
MOBO : Asus ROG X670E-F Gaming wifi
CPU : AMD 7900X
GPU : Sapphire Nitro+ 7900XTX
RAM : G-Skill Flare X5 DDR5-6000 CL36-36-36-96 1.35V
32GB (2x16GB)
PSU : Seasonic PX-1000 (1000w Platinum plus)
disks : 1x sata patriot 200 1x WD SN850X 1TB 1x WD SN850X 2TB
The game i run : Guild Wars 2
I received new GPU instead of my old one that i sent for RMA and it ran like 2 weeks ok no issues
I installed new SSD M.2 WD SN850 also i don't see any issue with it
Now for the mysterious crashes here's what i tried
1 - recreate crash and log via sensors i mention... nothing out of the ordinary here's a copy https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1MjFzSmhUGQ-flYqELkpT8doB9XkTDgaOMx0kmG_bUkA/edit?usp=sharing
2 - remove the GPU completely and rely on built-in GPU from processor... everything works fine.. game at low FPS and quality but even with stress test on CPU while game is on.............. No Crash
3 - Add in the GPU and remove 1 stick on rams.............Crash
3.1 - Try the other stick .............Crash
4 - No game + Stress test via adrenaline............ Crash
5 - No Game + Stress test from OCCT + CPU-Z............ No Crash
6 - Running Power Tests + Game again........... Crash and actually couldn't get PC to boot again, the mobo kept throwing CPU error lights ( 10 times+)
7 - I removed GPU after step 6 the PC boots normally !!
7.1 - I ran Rams test / CPU stress test + running the game.....,,, No Crash
8 - All tests i ran without GPU seems to be absolutely fine, Tests i ran with GPU without game seems fine, the moment i run a game + couple sensors for monitoring or a video or twitch stream or discord stream... everything collapses !
Now primary steps says GPU is responsible, I tried to rule this out by running stress tests via sensors making the utilization 100% and it stayed ok. Then thought PSU maybe failing to deliver power but i ran high power draw by stressing them both and PSU didn't fail. Then when PC couldn't boot more than 10 times with CPU error check i thought maybe it was CPU all along and it's cooked ! but i removed the GPU and processor ran ok... i'm even writing this post with only CPU installed and using built-in GPU. Also after this MOBO red light check i thought maybe it's the MOBO itself failing ? or is it failing to run CPU and GPU for some reason but that seems absurd since it's running right now and have been running ok
like i'm clueless the moment i get an indication about something failing i test it and it seem ok, i run more tests elsewhere and it's not ok.
What i can figure out so far that adding that GPU in there makes an issue.... but which i cannot figure it out
