What are the likely chances that I’m at risk for food related disease?

So, I just bought some vegetable mix from Tesco. Then I put it into a container and rice and heated it in microwave for two mins. After that, I ate some of it and found out the vegetable has to be heated for 3 mins as the veggie taste quite raw.
So I heated the container and the content for 3 mins, and then proceeded to eat it again.
Once I finished the food, something hit me. The packaging didn’t say washed and ready to eat and I didn’t wash it.
I know Uk has high food standards, but it still scare me a bit. Are there any risks? And should I be concerned?

You'll be fine, people eat vegetables raw on purpose all the time without issue.
The biggest risk would be soil contaminates but that would still be an extremely rare situation. If you're not elderly or immunocompromised it's actualy quite impressive what you can get away with eating.

Is this the first time you’ve eaten vegetables?

More like first time I cooked my own food. Other than that you're spot on, I'm dumb.

I hardley ever wash any veg. Unless there's obvious soil. You'll be fine. Unless you are too much of a clean freak and haven't built up a resistance to any germs.

You really should. You can remove a lot of pesticides with a quick wash.

There are risks, but the risks are negligible. Extremely unlikely anything will happen, if anything does happen it's beyond extremely unlikely it's anything more than an upset stomach. You can't do anything to prevent it, so don't worry about something that hasn't happened.
