Aldi ski sale - Can we expect pandemonium?

Hey everyone
As a couple of London based Aussies we're visiting the snow this year and are currently horrifically under dressed for it.
We see Aldi's ski sale begins tomorrow and note it is a fair bit cheaper than other ski gear brands. We also see articles from time to time that suggest the Aldi specials sales can bring out the worst in people.
With this in mind, do you think we should line up an hour or so before the store opens to beat the crowds or are these items not going to be in insane demand?
Whats your experience with it? Thanks!

I am just wondering what an Aldi ski sale is. Do Aldi sell ski gear in this country? Seems like something that not many people would buy here??

Just buy appropriate gear from a reputable retailer rather some cheap tat from Aldi that won’t do the job. It’s cheap for a reason, and that reason is it’s cheap.

I've never had a problem.

You can expect a massacre in the middle aisle. Good luck and godspeed.
