PC Shuts Off Under Intense Load - Already Replaced PSU

Hi all,
For the longest time, I've had the issue of my PC shutting down randomly under intense gaming loads. Generally, I can go weeks or months without it happening, but there are a few games where I know I can expect it to happen.
Since this issue has started, I have (in order):
- Upgraded CPU cooler
- Replaced GPU shroud with Noctua fans
- Replaced GPU thermal paste
- Upgraded CPU (from Ryzen 5 5600 to Ryzen 7 5700X. Not done as a troubleshooting step, but relevant to the situation)
- Replaced PSU (from Thermaltake Smart BM2 750W 80+ Bronze, to Corsair RM750X 80+ Gold)
I've also run various stability tests, benchmark programs, etc, but I haven't been able to recreate the issue outside of intense gaming loads.
Here is the current parts list:

CPU and GPU temperatures are always well within acceptable ranges. They were a bit warm before I upgraded the cooler fans, but I don't think this was ever the issue.
I just replaced the PSU after doing research on similar issues, with most people pointing to the power supply as the culprit. Even so, I just got another shutdown.
I'm really struggling to understand what could be causing the issue. Anyone have any advice?
