Hi everyone,

I bought a shitty car from a shitty dealership and now i'm stuck with this car. Please can you help me understand how problematic these advisories are or will be in the future?

Minor Defects (Repair ASAP):

• Front Outer Track rod end ball joint dust cover damaged but still preventing dirt ingress (Both Offside & Nearside).

Advisories (Monitor and Repair if Necessary):

1. Front oil leak (not excessive).
2. Nearside Front Upper Macpherson strut mounting damaged but not seriously weakened.
3. Front Sub-frame corroded but not seriously weakened.
4. Front brake discs worn, pitted, or scored (Both Offside & Nearside).
5. Front lower suspension arm pin/bush worn (Both Offside & Nearside).
6. Front suspension arm corroded (Both Offside & Nearside).
7. Brake hose slightly corroded.
8. Coil springs corroded (All four).
9. Macpherson struts corroded (All four).
10. Exhaust with a minor gas leak.
11. Rear shock absorbers lightly misting oil (Both Offside & Nearside).

I’d appreciate advice on:

• Which of these issues are most urgent and should be fixed right away?
• Any cost estimates for these repairs?
• Are there any repairs I can reasonably DIY?
• Could leaving these problems unattended lead to more significant issues down the line?
