bought a PC from a friend at 2018/2019 and played with the same setup since then, hardware-wise I do not have the know-how or other expertise (sad face)

sadly i dont have the full list of components, so here is the list:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X 3700MHZ 8 core

CPU cooler: think it was from bequiet! cant get the actual model

Motherboard: B450M PRO-M2

RAM: (cant find manufacturer) DDR 4 32 GB RAM 2400 MHz

Memory: Toshiba HDWD 120 2 TB, Toshiba HDWD 130 3TB HDD; Samsung 980 1 TB SSD

GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB

these are the things I was able to find, is the graphic cards still usable ? mainly play games on 1920x1080, so no 4k, using 2 monitors as well (can you use 2 gpu's for each screen?).

looking to get the PC to play newer games with higher settings, should also be able to handle more CPU heavy games like Helldivers 2 or Planetside 2.

is watercooling worth it? and whats the cost for it?

budgetwise i have a hard limit to up to 1000-1200 €.
