as a starter here's my build:

Gigabyte Aosus Elite B550M
Ryzen R7 5700x air cooling
16 gb 3600 MHz ×2 ram
Asgard NM3 1 TB NVME
psu corsair rm850e gold 80+
Asus VG279QL3A 27" FHD 180Hz

and I had an RX5700XT upgraded to an RTX3060Ti*

the 3060ti is underperforming,

1/ I got high temps reaching to 81 82 so i tried some undervolting, settled on 1920 MHz @ 0.893v and tweaked the fan curve sothe temps were fine, around 65-75

2/ then I have lower fps than average youtube benchmarks, I barely can hit 180 fps on COD BO6 with dlss ultra performance at lowest settings, Cyberpunk on 1080p I have this stuttering and really fps drop to 30 fps, tried even dlss with all settings and still unplayable. ( at first it performed well )
