I recently bought a prebuilt G235 from microcenter(around a month ago) and it has been randomly crashing or i think it has been, and i cant turn it off unless i hold the power button.

This has been happening randomly, with it not happening at all somedays and other days like today happening multiple times. The PC has a 4060, with an i5 12400f, a b660 prime motherboard, 16 gigs of ddr4, and other stuff. This is my first pc so i don't know what i could've done wrong. I have downloaded drivers from Nvidia app thing, and but not messed with bios for mother board because i heard it could mess things up. Ive done commands in command prompt like DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth, and sfc /scannow multiple times. Normally it says there was no problem for the scan command, but this time it said i have corrupted files and then it restored them. But even after this it often crashes or freezes. Ive noticed it mostly crashing on startup, or when im watching something, or when i leave it open for abit. Thankfully not during things like games or when I'm developing stuff. Ive also done a memory check thing, and i defragment and optimize the device often. Please help me out, cuz ive tried basically everything i could.
Also i have a 27 inch AOPEN KG3 Gaming Moniter - 27KG3 M3 and a 600/650 power supply. Will edit if u guys need more info on this .
