I just built a pc but I'm getting awful screen tear on a 4k 60hz monitor. In both cyberpunk and overwatch the screen would tear. Vsync on or off, capped at 60 fps, frame gen on or off. The displayport cable is rated for 4k @ 60hz. I'm using a 4080 super and 9800x3d in my build. The monitor is a dell s2721qs.

Any help would be greatly appreciative.
