Just wanna know if a single USB Stick can be used to both update my motherboards Bios as well as also install Windows

Got a whole new PC build almost ready, so I'm gettin' a USB stick ready for the Windows install, but I'm wondering; Should I update my BIOs before installing Windows, or can I wait till after I get Windows set-up?
Got a GIGABYTE X870 AORUS ELITE WIFI7 for the Motherboard, and the CPU I'm loading up is the new Ryzen 7 9800x3D CPU, so I thought there's probably gonna be some compatibility issues without a proper BIOs update before a Windows Instillation, right? If that's not true, ignore this next part but..
Can I use a Single USB Stick for both the Windows install folders, and the BIOs update folders? Currently, I have the whole Windows 11 Set-up stuff booted onto a 32 GB thumbstick, and added an extra folder I just called "BIOS" with the newest BIOs update on it. I know that means I can't Q-Flash it, right? I wasn't going to do that anyways, I was gonna do it directly in the BIOs, so I should be able to choose the "BIOs" folder and update from there, without touching the Windows install files?
If not, I can just get another stick and slap the BIOs update onto it, was just wondering if I can save 20 bucks

According to the gigabyte webpage for that motherboard the day 1 bios supports a r7-9800x3d.

split the partition in to 2 part, 1 for windows installer and one for bios/drivers.

You can wait until you install windows, plus you can update it from windows
