But it was dismissed along with all the other people there for the exact same reason
A road I go down almost every day had a speed limit of 50 mph. They probably changed it to 35. Nobody knew. They didn't have any signs saying new speed limit or reduced speed limit ahead or anything else like that. They just overnight changed the signs with no warning and nothing whatsoever anywhere
Cops knew it too so they were literally just there like three cars pulling over every single person
Between the area where I pulled out of a neighborhood and where the cop pulled me over, there were no speed limit signs.
A lot of people fought it because when I went in to fight the ticket come out almost every single solitary person in the room was there for the exact same reason that got a ticket on the exact same weekend and the exact same spot for the exact same reason. They literally just dismissed every ticket. They probably took an early day LOL
millions of tickets are handed out every year, and you think by asking reddit you'd reveal that all redditors are angels on the road and everybody is going to say no?
So long ago I don't even remember when, at least before 1990. And that was a ticket I beat so I didn't get a ticket for bad driving, I got a ticket while not bad driving. Before that, too hazy to recall.

I got a careless driving ticket once.
For swerving to avoid a deer.
