Pulp Fiction. I've seen it a dozen times, it's so memorable that I'm not likely to forget a large portion of the dialogue.

I'm hesitant to say The Big Lebowski because there's so many um's and ah's and stuttered sentences. I would be panicking as my score crept lower and lower and so stressed out trying to remember conversations on the fly. It would ruin the movie for me if I knew that I lost 100,000 dollars because I forgot Smokey's message to The Dude or what the waitress's second line of dialogue was.
