Help finding next upgrade

Hello everyone. I haven't upgraded my PC in a while and am now prepparing to do so in the next few months but I'm not really sure what the next best step would be besides the GPU although I'm not sure what would be best that isn't a top spec 4090. Primarily I use it for gaming that leans on the demanding side at times like heavy modded Skyrim with ENB and Stalker 2 now that it's out. I'm not looking to play with every graphical setting maxed out on a 4k monitor, mainly looking to lighten the load on my system.
Specs
- CPU: AMD 5800x3d
- GPU: RTX 3060
- MB: ROG STRIX b550-A
- RAM: 32gb DDR4
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated and am happy to provide more specs/info if the above isn't enough to go off.

Agree that you only need a new GPU. Your CPU is great and can handle anything really, just buy what you can afford / offers the features you'd like to have

New GPU. 4070 super or 7900 GRE would be a solid upgrade option. That cpu can handle any GPU out right now, so all it comes down to is the best GPU that your PSU and your wallet can handle.
