7800x3d or i712700kf

I have the i7-12700kf but I was wanting to upgrade to the 7800x3d. When I look at videos (specifically on bo6) people are getting 200 FPS with my gpu, the 4070 super, and the 7800x3d. But I get like 140. The reason why I’m asking is because when I check comparison websites they are like the same in performance!! Is it worth the upgrade?

The 7800X3D is the second best gaming CPU behind the 9800X3D that just came out.

A lot of these comparison websites aren't very good or are biased. I'm not at home right now, so I don't have any of my links ready but generally Tom's Hardware and youtube creators like Hardware Unboxed are worth a watch.
