Unfortunately paywalled.
The Exynos W1000 is a very small chip, with apparently a die size of 17.67mm^(2) (4.85*3.65) and estimated density of 190 MTr/mm^(2). A smartphone chip is way larger, with the Exynos 2400 being 137.4 mm^(2) and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 being 137.3 mm^(2). The big question is can they get the yields high enough to make such a chip feasible.

The rumour is that the yields of such a large chip (Exynos 2500) is not enough.
